The entry door features a fiberglass slab, composite frame, fixed grids, and comes prefinished in Alaskan Storm with a mill finish sill and satin nickel hinges. The storm door includes a white aluminum frame and modern brushed French gold hardware, adding a touch of elegance. The project also included a Wi-Fi enabled smart lock.
Installation followed a new construction method, where the entire existing frame and trim were removed. The new units were flashed, insulated, and finished with new flat PVC exterior trim. Interior trim was reused where possible, with square replacements on the sides if needed.
