PROJECT SCOPE
- Remove existing steel door and install a Therma Tru Smooth Star fibreglass door
- Replace rotted framing underneath door due to water infiltration
- A new construction installation methodology was used
Collaboration:We replaced this steel kitchen door in Mt Vernon due to air and water infiltration. Once we removed the old door we found the framing was damaged underneath the door. We repaired the framing and installed a new Therma Tru Smooth Star fiberglass door. The new door operates like a dream and keeps the air and water outside.
