PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remove existing windows and install Andersen 400 series windows
  • Andersen windows feature a clear pine interior and PVC exterior
  • A retrofit installation method was used to install the windows
  • Remove existing doors and install Therma-Tru Smooth Star and Classic Craft doors
  • A new construction installation method was used to install the doors

Collaboration:This New Fairfield home has great views of Candlewood Lake. The existing windows were original and had seals that were broken. We installed Andersen 400 Series products with a clear pine interior to match the homes aesthetic. In addition to the windows, the doors also needed replacement. We installed a combination of ThermaTru Smooth Star and Classic Craft doors. The new front door with sidelights was a huge upgrade for the home.
