PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remove one entry door and install Simpson wood entry door
  • Remove a bow window unit and reconstruct into a triple casement window
  • Installed a structural perimeter which extended 8” past facade; frame up the bottom 18”
  • Windows featured white interior and canvas exterior, Prairie grids between the glass
  • Insulated and sheet rocked the window wall unit; exterior sheathed and a solid composite panel with a trim perimeter around the bottom of the window frame

Andersen 400 Series Casement Window

Collaboration:The customer desired a more uniformed look, and so decided to remove the aging bow window unit and replace it with an Andersen 400 Series triple casement window unit. The goal was to modernize the living space. Also, with the addition of the triple casement unit, the room’s natural lighting was greatly improved and now appears more spacious.
