PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remove existing casement windows and patio door
  • Installed Andersen 400 Series Casements And Gliding Patio Doors
  • All exterior trim work was done with rot free PVC
  • A retro fit installation was utilized for the windows and a new construction method was used on the doors

Collaboration: Our customer was ready for new doors and windows. The existing casements were old and the mechanisms would no longer work. There were also 3 doors that needed to be addressed. The basement door needed to be replaced as it was very difficult to operate. The kitchen door was a hinged door and would not close completely, we replaced it with a sliding door which is more kid friendly. The huge four panel door would not lock and didn’t make a tight seal. We settled on Andersen 400 Series products. Andersen had a great solution for each door and window.
