- Remove existing steel casement windows and door and install new Andersen 400 Series casement windows and door
- Prefinished white pine interior & black PVC exterior
- Retrofit installation methodology was used for the windows
- New construction installation methodology was used for the door
- Custom black aluminum trim was added around the exterior of the windows

Our customer choose Andersen 400 series windows and a hinged patio door to replace their nearly 100 year old steel casements and door. The Black exterior of the Andersen windows combined with the authentic FDL grids kept the original look of the home. The new windows offered a major upgrade in energy efficiency and ease of operation.
