PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remove existing double hung windows and install Pella Lifestyles Double Hung and Casement Windows
  • Remove existing windows – re-frame wall and install 1 Pella Reserve sliding patio door
  • A replacement installation method was used for the windows, a new construction method for the door
  • Features Prefinished White Pine Interior and Oil Rubbed Bronze spoon style hardware with a white aluminum clad exterior

Collaboration: We removed the old windows and installed Pella Reserve windows with Advanced Comfort Low-E Argon glass for energy efficiency. The windows feature prefinished bright white pine interiors, white aluminium-clad exteriors, and SDL grids. The powder room has a black stained interior for contrast. Doors match the window design, featuring Ambrose Oil Rubbed Bronze hardware and roll screens. This was such a fun project to plan and a success every step of the way!
