The Marvin Window Opening Control Device limits window opening to 4″ or less when the sash is opened. The device may be disengaged, allowing for further operation to full opening and automatically re-engages when the sash is fully closed.
It is offered in White, Satin Taupe, and Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brass, Antique Brass, Polished Chrome, and Satin Nickel, finishes to match Marvin hardware options.

- Low ELR: Sometimes known as Turtle Glass, a low reflectance coating is added to Low E glass.
- Sound Transmittance Glass: Variable thickness glazing provides enhanced sound abatement performance. Available in Low E1, Low E2, Low E3, Tempered and Tempered Obscure.

Laminated glazing is also available in clear, bronze, gray, or green with tinted interlayers.

- Full Screen – Exterior screen with an aluminum clad surround. (See Exterior Clad Color Options)
- Half Screen – Exterior screen with an aluminum clad surround. The screen covers only the lower portion of the window. (See Exterior Clad Color Options)
- Magnum Screen – An additional screen option made with a heavy extruded aluminum frame.
- Storm and Screen Combinations – A combination unit is composed of two glass panels and one screen panel. One of the glass panels slides behind the other for when the screen is in use. Panels can be easily removed from the interior for cleaning. Available with a wood or aluminum clad surround. (See Exterior Clad Color Options)
- Two-Lite Wood Storm Sash or Screen – A wood frame containing non-removable glass. The storm sash can be removed during the summer and replaced with a wood framed screen. Available only for wood windows.

- Simulated Divided Lite with Spacer Bar (SDLS) – an energy-efficient way to create the look of divided lites. SDLS bars are permanently bonded to both sides of the glass. A spacer bar is installed between the glass, creating the essence of Authentic Divided Lites.
- Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) – SDL bars are permanently adhered to both sides of the glass.

- Grilles-between-the-Glass (GBGs) – Grilles are permanently installed between the glass panes. This low maintenance option creates the look of divided lites. The interior and exterior color of the grilles can be different. Choose from 13 exterior colors and 4 interior colors.

- Authentic Divided Lite (ADL)- Separate pieces of glass are glazed between muntin bars-the way windows have been made since the beginning. Only now, Marvin’s state-of-the-art design adds energy-efficiency to classic aesthetic appeal.

Marvin’s custom capabilities allow us to create almost any divided lite pattern you can dream up. Divided lites offer an array of muntin widths, unique muntin profiles, rectangular or radius cuts and more. Choose from an existing lite cut, specify custom divided lites according to a new design or ask our design professionals to assist in creating a pattern for your needs.
The result is a window or door that meshes the detailing and craftsmanship of a small millwork house with the product performance delivered by an industry leader.

Integrated Shades
Fully integrated shades can vastly alter the way you see a room. Top-down/bottom-up functioning shades are available exclusively on most Marvin windows. The fabric used in Marvin Shades is exceptionally durable and will hold its pleat through normal use. All 15 colors shown come in light-filtering fabric and five colors are also available in blackout fabric. Marvin offers a 10-year warranty on all fabrics.
