Marvin Elevate Window & Door Replacement in Brookfield, CT

Collaboration:This project enhanced a home with 10 Marvin Elevate casement windows and 3 Marvin Elevate sliding patio doors, delivering energy-efficient upgrades with modern design and premium materials.

The window installation involved replacing 9 existing units and cutting in a new one, including two-lite, three-lite, and four-lite casements and a fixed picture window. The new windows feature white prefinished pine interiors, black Ultrex fiberglass exteriors, LowE4 energy-efficient glass, no grids, BrightView white screens, and white folding hardware. Additionally, an optional product add-on included cutting in a new window, complete with framing and sheetrock patching.

The patio doors share the same material and energy-efficient specifications as the windows, with Cambridge Satin Nickel hardware and BrightView screens.

Installation followed a new construction method, removing all existing units down to the studs, flashing and insulating, and adding new trim. Interior trim consisted of 3.5-inch Windsor casing, while exterior trim used 2-inch PVC for durability and a polished finish.
