PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remove one existing triple patio door and install one custom-sized Harvey vinyl triple sliding patio door
  • Remove one existing double patio door and install one custom-sized Harvey vinyl double sliding patio door
  • Doors include white vinyl interior/exterior, Energy Star 7.0 Low-E Argon glass, standard screens, standard white hardware, and matching grids between the glass
  • New construction installation: full frame removal, flashing, insulation, and new trim added (flat pine interior, new aluminum exterior)

Collaboration:This Elm Terrace homeowner needed two major door upgrades — a failing triple patio door and an aging double patio door that no longer operated smoothly. We custom-sized both replacement units to fit the existing openings while maintaining the association’s required exterior appearance. The result is a noticeably smoother operation, tighter seal, and a big improvement in comfort and energy performance throughout the home.
