Andersen pivot doors are engineered for spacious, spectacular openings. Rather than hinging off a jamb, these doors rotate and pivot on a box and are then able to swing out, in, or both – and are a bold and modern choice for a variety of living spaces. Available only in the A-Series, Andersen pivot doors come in single and double pivot options. Single pivot doors can swing in, out, or both; while double pivot doors can swing in and out, but not both. With expansive panels up to up to 13′ tall and 9′ wide, both varieties of Andersen pivot doors are available with side lights and no frames in between, and a “gang pivot” – which is multiple pivot doors in a row. Andersen pivot doors also offer a multitude of hardware and handles which allow for endless design options. Whether you choose a pivot door comprised of aluminum and wood (maximum height of 13′ and 5′ width), all aluminum (maximum of 16′ height and 6′ width), or all wood (maximum height of 12′ and 6′ width), Andersen pivot doors are certain to look magnificent and stately in a variety of larger living spaces.
