PROJECT SCOPE

  • Installed five Andersen 400 Series Tilt-Wash double hung windows with bare pine interiors, white PVC exteriors, FDL grids, full screens, and Low-E Argon glass.
  • Installed a three-lite 45-degree Andersen 400 Series bay window (approx. 84.5″ x 64″) with picture center unit and left/right Tilt-Wash flankers.
  • Installed a custom-sized Andersen 200 Series Narroline sliding patio door with Albany Stone hardware, footbolt, and right-active operation.
  • All units installed using a new construction installation method, removing full frames and adding new standard interior and exterior trim.
