PROJECT SCOPE

  • Replaced 8 windows with Andersen 400 Series Woodwright double hung windows; features white pine interiors, Fibrex exteriors, and tempered Low-E4 glass for bathroom.
  • Installed 1 custom Simpson 37512 Fir Entry Door with a mahogany sill, SDL grids, and Aged Bronze Schlage Camelot handleset.
  • Windows installed with a replacement method, preserving original trim; door installed with a new construction method, adding flat PVC and flat pine trim.

Andersen 400 Series Woodwright Double Hung Window

Collaboration:This project replaced 8 more existing double hung windows with Andersen 400 Series Woodwright double hung windows and 1 single hinged French door with a Simpson Fir Entry Door. The windows feature prefinished white pine interiors, Fibrex exteriors, Low-E4 energy-efficient glass, FDL 3-part grids matching existing patterns, and tempered glass for the bathroom window. The custom-sized entry door includes a fir finish, mahogany sill, white pine jamb, SDL grids, and a Schlage Camelot handleset with a Georgian knob in Aged Bronze. The windows were installed using a replacement method, maintaining existing trim, while the door used a new construction method, with full trim replacement in flat PVC for exterior and flat pine for interior.
