Andersen & Harvey Window and Therma-Tru Door Installation in Greenwich, CT

Collaboration:This project in Greenwich, CT upgraded a residence with high-performance Andersen, Harvey, and Therma-Tru products, seamlessly integrating with the home’s stucco exterior while enhancing curb appeal, comfort, and energy efficiency.

In the main house, 13 Andersen 400 Series Woodwright double hung windows were installed using a precise replacement method that preserved the existing trim and stucco finishes. These windows feature a mix of prefinished and unfinished pine interiors, Canvas FIBREX exteriors, Low-E4 Argon energy-efficient glass, and authentic 3-part FDL grids on the top sash in a classic 6-lite pattern, paired with standard full screens and durable white hardware.

In the pool house, a Harvey Tribute double hung window was installed, featuring white vinyl interiors and exteriors, Low-E Argon glass, and matching 6-lite pattern authentic grids, aligning with the pool house architecture while improving thermal performance.

The project also included a Therma-Tru S2600 fiberglass entry door for the pool house, prefinished in Bamboo Forest (green) on the exterior and Alaskan Storm (white) on the interior, complete with blinds between the glass and satin nickel Georgian hardware. The door installation utilized a new construction method, ensuring a weather-tight fit while maintaining the stucco exterior’s integrity.

All windows were custom-measured for replacement installation, ensuring airtight efficiency without disrupting the stucco finish, while the entry door installation included full removal to the studs with new colonial casing inside and flat PVC trim outside for a clean, watertight seal.
