Andersen A Series Window Replacement New Fairfield

CUSTOMERS OWN WORDS:We highly recommend Window Solutions Plus. We had gone through a list of at least 15 authorized installers of Andersen Windows. We chose Windows Solutions Plus because: Their web site is filled with information about the company and the various window manufacturers and their products. Other installer sites barely had any information. They are insured and licensed. They are a Certified installer of Andersen, Marvin, Pella, Harvey etc. Met with John, one of the owners, he was very professional. There was no sales pressure, he was knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. He provided us with a document “Preparing for Installation”. It provided an estimated time frame for installation, and their multi-step scheduling process. After the windows were ordered they kept in touch beginning around week 4 up to installation date. The installation crew was exceptional. They are employees of the company with years of experience. You are notified in advance who your lead carpenter will be. Workers arrived on time, spoke well and polite. They covered the floors and stairs with drop cloth. Covered all furniture with plastic. Each day the lead carpenter went through the plan for the day. Very organized. The carpentry work and sealing of the windows was excellent. All old windows and debris removed. Property inspected inside and out. The clean up was excellent. No rush job. Lasted over 1 hour. Dusting, vacuuming and washing certain areas of the floor.WILL USE AGAIN AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
