Andersen 400 Series Tilt Wash Double Hung Window

Collaboration:This window replacement project at The Hawthorne Condominiums in Greenwich, CT involved installing six Andersen 400 Series Tilt Wash double hung replacement windows across two bedrooms and one TV room. As an HOA-approved contractor, Window Solutions Plus ensured a smooth and fully compliant installation process tailored to condominium standards.

The new windows feature prefinished white pine interiors, durable PVC exteriors, dual-paned Low-E glass with Argon gas, standard full screens, and white hardware, offering long-term durability and energy efficiency without compromising the building’s uniform exterior appearance.

The installation followed a replacement method, preserving the existing jambs and both interior and exterior trim. Old sash components were removed, and the new windows were carefully fitted into the original openings. Narrow trim stops were added where necessary for a clean and secure fit.
