Collaboration:This Andersen window and door project at Cobblers Green in New Canaan, CT included upgrades across two homes, combining four patio door replacements and four window installations. Window Solutions Plus — a repeat and approved vendor for this luxury condominium complex — handled all work with certified expertise and precision.

The project featured two Andersen 400 Series Frenchwood hinged patio doors and two Frenchwood gliding patio doors, along with three Tilt Wash double hung windows and one triple casement window. Each unit was outfitted with grids between the glass, Low-E Argon energy-efficient glass, and either white or satin nickel hardware, depending on unit type.

Doors were installed using a new construction installation method, with full unit removal, flashing, insulation, and fresh trim work including 3.5” colonial interior casing and flat PVC exterior trim. Windows followed a replacement installation approach, preserving original jambs and integrating narrow stops where needed.
