PROJECT SCOPE
- Removed existing door and installed an Andersen 400 Series picture window
- Windows featured prefinished black pine interior & black PVC exterior
- A new construction installation was used for this project
- All exterior trim was removed and replaced with rot free PVC
Collaboration:This Scarsdale homeowner removed a deck on the outside of the home and needed to convert a door to a picture window. We removed a 8′ tall door and installed a custom Andersen 400 series picture window in its place. A fixed window closed off the opening and allowed the customer to meet the local building code. A black interior and exterior along with the FDL authentic grids look great and match the rest of the home’s aesthetic.
