PROJECT SCOPE

  • Replaced 3 hinged doors with custom Andersen 400 Series sliding doors: 1 triple slider and 2 quad sliders.
  • Doors feature Low-E Argon glass, white pine interiors, PVC exteriors, and oil-rubbed bronze Newbury hardware.
  • Installed using a new construction method, with new 3.5” Marblehead casing inside and flat PVC trim outside.

Andersen 400 Series Frenchwood Gliding Patio Door

Collaboration:This project replaced 3 existing hinged doors with Andersen 400 Series custom-sized sliding doors, including 1 triple slider and 2 quad sliders. The doors feature white prefinished pine interiors, white PVC-clad exteriors, energy-efficient Low-E Argon glass, no grids, and oil-rubbed bronze Newbury hardware. The installation followed a new construction method, removing and replacing all interior and exterior trim. Interior trim was upgraded to 3.5” Marblehead casing, while exterior trim was finished with flat PVC.
