Andersen 100 Series Window & Simpson Door Installation In Chappaqua, NY

Collaboration:In this second phase of a multi-part home upgrade in Chappaqua, NY, we continued the transformation by replacing 10 more existing sliding windows and installing a premium wood entry door. This homeowner previously selected Window Solutions Plus for Phase 1 and shared a glowing Google review about our communication, professionalism, and seamless delivery. Building on that foundation, Phase 2 expanded the same level of craftsmanship and energy efficiency throughout additional rooms of the home.

The window replacement included 8 Andersen 100 Series two-lite sliders and 2 three-lite sliding windows, all featuring white Fibrex interiors, Terratone Fibrex exteriors, Low-E Argon energy-efficient glass, and upgraded Tru-Scene screens. The triple units were configured with a 1/4-1/2-1/4 layout with a fixed center panel and operable ends. A new construction installation method was used for a clean, weather-tight fit with refreshed exterior trim.

As part of the same project, we also removed and replaced the home’s front entry with a custom Simpson wood door featuring thermal glass, a mahogany sill, and a Schlage Plymouth handleset in oil-rubbed bronze. The entry installation included new interior 2.5” primed clamshell trim and PVC brickmold exterior casing.
