John Zaborowski
John grew up in Watertown, CT, and has always had a knack for fixing things. As far back as he can remember, he was doing projects around the house with his dad growing up. John spent his summers at his grandmother’s house doing work around the house and repairing everything imaginable. He went to high school locally and then attended the University Of Connecticut, graduating in 2001. Soon after, he began working for Harvey Building Products, a window manufacturer and building products distributor. He got his start as a team member and quickly took to learning the business. He eventually worked his way up to territory manager, overseeing sales for Fairfield and Westchester counties. John met Jeff in the mid 2000’s when Jeff began purchasing windows from John. John met Greg a few years later and they became fast friends. As Window Solutions Plus continued to grow, Greg and Jeff asked John to come on-board. Since John’s arrival, the company has continued to grow and its commitment to service has only improved.
John currently resides in Cross River, NY, with his wife, daughter, and dog.
Greg Pesaturo
Greg grew up in Providence, RI, and has always loved to build things. His father Tony’s older brother, Fred, and a favorite Uncle Albert were both custom builders. Tony would take Greg to their spec houses and from his early years he would run around, climbing up ladders, playing in dirt piles and jumping on piles of lumber. In his early teens, Greg began working with his uncle during vacations, summers and weekends. The strong work ethic and traditional values instilled in Greg during his youth are still the backbone of his personal and professional success.
After high school, Greg spent five years working in all phases of building – from laborer to framer, and siding to carpentry. At the age of twenty-three, Greg decided to go to college and study business. He attended the University of Rhode Island and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Economics. After college Greg decided to move to Stamford, CT, to work in finance. From 1996 to 2008 Greg worked in financial operations in banks, brokerage houses and hedge funds. Starting out as a Team Member, he later finished his career in finance having achieved the level of Director.
In 2009, with the financial world rocked by the mortgage crisis, Greg realized that he was an entrepreneur at heart, and that his true desire was to once again ‘build things.’ Greg’s friend, Jeff, owned Window Solutions Plus, and Greg approached Jeff and asked if he could join the business in an attempt to take it to the next level. Jeff liked the idea and so began the next chapter for Window Solutions Plus.
Greg currently resides in New Canaan, CT, with his wife and their two sons.
Jeff Kulis was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, and still resides there today. At a very young age he realized he loved building things, and it wasn’t long until he was building tree forts for all the kids in the neighborhood. When he was a little older, Jeff’s uncle took him under his wing and taught him all he knew about carpentry. Jeff worked part time with his uncle throughout his younger years. After graduating, Jeff got a master carpenter job at Pitney Bowes, designing and building all the furniture for their corporate offices. A few years later, Jeff was married and started a family. In 1989, Jeff decided to start installing windows on weekends to earn extra income to help support his family, and in 1993 Window Solutions was born. As Jeff’s following grew, and as he began offering more home improvement options to his customers, the company changed its name to Window Solutions Plus.
